Winemaking traditions often begin around the table. Brutocao Cellars’ roots go back three generations to a Venice, Italy dinner table. When the Brutocao family came to the New World and married into the Bliss family of farmers, it was only natural that they would combine their passions and become grape growers and winemakers. Grandfather Irv Bliss purchased our Mendocino County property in 1943. The Brutocao family released their first wine with the 1980 vintage. Shortly thereafter, they chose the Lion of St. Mark, modeled after the lion on top of St. Mark’s Cathedral in Venice, Italy, as their symbol of family tradition and quality. That quality comes from the location of their 400 acres of vineyards in southern Mendocino County. The Brutocao family tradition of serving wine at the table means wines are produced with good food and good friends in mind.

Set in the coastal foothills of Northern California resides winemaker Cesar Toxqui and family. His cellars are limited to small case production of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel and Heirloom grapes. The Toxqui family truly enjoy the art of artisan wine making. They take great pride in creating exciting wines that will surely entice your palate and rekindle your love for traditional hand made wine.

The Graziano Family has been making wine and growing grapes in Mendocino County since 1918. Greg Graziano is a third generation winemaker who has established four distictive labels, one for Burgundian-style Pinots, one for old-vine Zinfandel and Petite Sirah and two for grapes of Italian hertage. The Graziano tasting room is located in the bucolic town of Hopland, CA.

Owned by Daniel Fetzer, Jeriko Estate produces premium organically grown and produced estate wines while respecting age old farming traditions. Jeriko Estate handcrafts 18 varietals, 2 sparkling wines and 1 port.

McFadden Vineyard has been family owned and operated since 1970 in Potter Valley, where Guinness McFadden has been farming organically for over 40 years. The warm days and cold nights of Potter Valley give our wines exceptional character and flavor, and meticulous care of the soil enables us to produce top quality grapes year after year. We began producing our wine in 2003 after many years selling our grapes to top wineries in the Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino Counties. Our wines are much sought after, allowing production to double to 4,000 cases of premium quality wine in just the last few years. The Milano Family Winery is located in an original, old Hop Kiln on Hwy. 101 near the Russian River just south of the town of Hopland in Southern Mendocino County. Selecting the finest grapes from local vineyards we produce hand crafted, limited bottlings of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Carignane, Charbono, Valdiguie, and Port. Our winery is small enough so that we can pamper each individual barrel. We produce some organic wines and are a CCOF organically certified winery.

Saracina is a joint project of John Fetzer and his wife, Patty Rock. Working with winemaker, Alex MacGregor, and winemaking consultant, David Ramey, they have created a boutique (5000-case) Mendocino County winery producing Sauvignon Blanc, Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Zinfandel. Their second brand, Atrea, focuses on Rhone-style blends (The Choir White Wine and Old Soul Red Wine). The wines are sourced from organically farmed vineyards and are noteworthy for their artisanal winemaking protocols and lush California fruit.

Through four generations, the Weibel Family has been producing California Champagne and premium wine, specifically Green Hungarian, for over 75 years, first in their native switzerland, and then since 1939 after moving to California. When Fred E. Weibel, Sr. and his father Rudolf came to California, they brought with them classic, old-world winemaking techniques and traditions, combined with a personal commitment to quality and excellence.
